They can occur in an acute or fit form chronic and should never be underestimated, in how they can lead to urgency / emergency and sometimes take the patient to the death. The incidence is equal to approximately 102 new cases / year per 100 000 people, with a rate of 20-25% of major bleeding and one 10% mortality.
